Who we are
About the Studio
Dark Arbor Labs LLC is an independent technology company with two parts: our own products, and consulting for organizations that want hands-on help with technology, data, and AI. We work with clients locally and remotely.
Why we build
Current work
Our first products are passion projects: apps we wish existed, built to fix what frustrates us about the ones that do. We're tired of apps crowded with ads, hard to use, and not safe to hand to a child. So we build the opposite: simple, respectful of your time and attention, and designed with families in mind.
BiteyBot
Take a bite. Wake the bot.
As parents, we've come up with tons of tricks to get our kids to eat. BiteyBot takes what we learned to the next level: a friendly robot who only does his tricks after your child takes a bite. We built it for our own kids and we use it every day. It works, and we hope it works for your family too.
PickiBot
Spin the wheel. Let the bot pick.
The founder's daughter loves decision wheels. She uses them in doll play, to pick what's for dinner, and for everything in between. The ones out there are terrible, filled with ads that make them miserable to use. PickiBot is the wheel we wanted for her. Expected Q4 2026.
Clutterwise
Find what you already own.
We wished there was a quick way to get organized and know where everything is, whether it's around the house, in storage, or packed in moving boxes. Clutterwise is for individuals and families, and just as useful for professional movers and organizers. Expected Q1 2027.
Undivided
Divide the things, not the family.
Deciding who gets what is one of the hardest parts of a family's loss, and it's often left unsaid until it's too late. Undivided lets you set aside keepsakes with the stories behind them, choose who each is for, and hand your family and your attorney a clear record. Everything stays on your phone, with no account and no ads. Expected Q3 2027.
ClipStitch
Your clips, in the order you want.
The founder's daughter loves making toy play videos, but complex video editing apps got in her way. The clear gap was an easy way to combine clips in the order you want them. ClipStitch is perfect for her, and we hope for you! Expected Q1 2027.
