ClipStitch Privacy Policy
ClipStitch is an app that combines your video clips into one video. This policy explains what happens with your information when you use it (including ClipStitch Pro). The short version: we don't collect any of it.
What ClipStitch collects
Nothing. ClipStitch does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
- It does not ask you to create an account or sign in.
- It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking software.
- It does not connect to the internet to process your videos.
Your videos
ClipStitch only reads the videos you choose. Selecting, ordering, and combining them happens entirely on your device, and the finished video is saved to your device (the Movies/ClipStitch folder on Android, your Photos library on iPhone and iPad). Your videos never leave your device unless you choose to share the result yourself using your device's share menu. Dark Arbor Labs LLC never receives your videos.
Permissions
- Photos and videos: to read the clips you select and to save the finished video.
- Notifications: to show progress and tell you when your video is ready. This is optional.
App stores
ClipStitch is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google may collect information about installs and your use of their stores under Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal information from Apple or Google about you.
Children
ClipStitch is suitable for all ages. It isn't designed specifically for children, but it collects no data from anyone, including children, so there is nothing to collect, share, or delete.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and publish the new version at the same address.
